Airport
- Take 40 W to Briley
Parkway (Opryland)
- Follow Briley Parkway
to 24 W (Clarksville)
- Stay on 24 W to Exit

- From Exit 11 turn left
onto HWY 76
- Travel 3.4 miles to
1st traffic light/intersection at Madison Street
- Turn right onto Madison
Street. Go 2.2 miles to Gateway Medical Center on right at corner
of Madison Street and Memorial Drive
From Fort
Campbell Boulevard/41-A
- Take 41-A S to Riverside
Drive intersection.
- Continue straight through
light on 41-A S (now called North 2nd Street) through downtown
- Turn left onto Madison
Street.
- At the 7th light, Gateway
Medical Center is on the left corner of Madison Street and Memorial
Drive.
From Dover
- Take Highway 79 to Clarksville
- Turn right at the Dover
Road-41-A intersection
- Take 41-A S to Riverside

- Continue straight through

Health Center:
Turn right onto Memorial Drive out of the Medical Center parking
lot. Go straight through the traffic light at the Madison Street
intersection. Take the first left onto Old Ashland City Road. The
Breast Health Center is on the left.
Gateway
Business Office,Outpatient
Rehabilitation and Lab Drawing Station:
Gateway Business Office, Outpatient Rehabilitation and Lab Drawing
Station are located at 1606 Haynes Street in Gateway Medical Plaza
beside Gateway Medical Center.
Gateway
Home Care: Turn right onto Memorial Drive out of the Medical
Center parking lot. Turn right onto Madison Street at the traffic
light. The Home Care office is on the left.
